Victor Brasil, a sophomore from Fortaleza, Brazil, became the first Linfield swimmer since 2009 to qualify for the NCAA Division III Swimming Championships when he competed in the 100-yard breaststroke in 2015. Brasil holds the school record in the men’s 100 breaststroke (55.71 seconds).

Linfield quarterback Sam Riddle (10) was named Offensive Player of the Year by the coaches of the Northwest Conference.  Riddle was joined by offensive lineman Jacob Hanke (73), running back Spencer Payne (8) and 11 other Wildcats on the all-NWC first team. Linfield head coach Joseph Smith was also named Coach of the Year.
