Michael Wolf will have his day in court where a jury of his peers will determine his innocence or guilt. The appeal of the dismissed Aggravated Murder charge will probably stand unless there are new developments to come to light. Hopefully the DA and the lead investigators will have done their homework and have the means to charge and convict Wolf, but in the meantime he sits waiting...

Hibbs: But he shouldn't be in jail right now either right? Innocent until proven guilty. I for one am glad he's in there.... :)
