You can't propose anything new in Yamhill County without an uproar of concern for traffic and water.

This RV park is a great idea. The only thing I would change is the four month limit. Olde Stone in McMinnville switched from year-long availability to six month limit, and if this new park had a six month limit, high end RV owners could swap back and forth every six months. Keeping these people in our area would be good for our economy.

These RVs will probably be subject to the same strict rules Olde Stone has - no old junky stuff.

I'd be in favor of just about anything other than what used to be there. I always though you had to have a proper permit to open a landfill.
