Try as you may with your anti Trump paint brush, this program is an example of liberal handouts instead of expecting landowners to be responsible for their land. It all sounds good until you realize it comes with a price tag. We should be responsible for the care and upkeep of our own property and if you can’t do that, it’s time to sell to someone who can.

Just tell ICE that you heard a rumor that the problem landowner is not a citizen. Problem landowner will then be black bagged, cuffed, and all his cash and devices seized...and then be sent to an El Salvadoran prison for life.

Funding funding funding everybody cries Now, soil, and water needs more staff. I’ve worked on 2 of the property’s typically volunteers do the majority of the work on these conservation easement. Miller Woods, for instance was a beautiful property with managed well managed timberland. Frida Miller and her husband gave up the land in perfect condition. First thing Yamhill soil and water conservation District did was log it. Next thing they did was prohibit dogs walking on the property which Frida Miller and her husband Tom I believe, welcomed theirs as well as ours. Yamhill soil and water conservation district will also will get 800 beautiful, pristine acres on Baker Creek, which most people know as Crown Hill Farms. One of the most beautiful 800+ acres in Yamhill County. A very productive tract of land that has produced an income for the Family for who knows pushing 100 years probably. One government employee could manage that property. it’s in perfect condition for the birds, wildlife. There’s probably not anything invasive on the entire property. how much more funding and employees do you actually need? so I guess the beautiful Sheridan property must need a lot of work. just more volunteers less government less blue pickups less degreed employees on staff.
Ridiculous if I had to guess there’s been a ton of volunteers up there working also. Just a reminder these easements come for free. The government does not pay a penny for the land.

DOGE discovered that $4.7 trillion of annual federal spending was untraceable. For those of us in the real world, that would be the equivalent of spending company money without a PO. So the checks were mailed, all $4.7 trillion worth, and no accountability, and no way of knowing what the money was spent on. This is why spending freezes. There has to be accountability, and if programs get put on hold, or eventually cancelled, whichever program, then so be it, because this has to stop.

OTIS, since you brought it up. I am sorry you do not like the ICE raids and deportations, but what did you think was going to happen? Serious question. YOU and everyone who voted for the Biden administration are equally responsible for this. Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas lied to and gaslit the American people, telling them that the border had never been more secure, and any other opinions or facts were right-wing conspiracy theory, and the media carried the water and continued the gaslighting. All the while, 13 million illegal aliens, a conservative estimate, flowed over our borders. This was done deliberately by the Biden administration in a way that would make it almost impossible to identify and locate the illegals.

What do you think is going to happen with the hundreds of thousands of single, military-aged men from countries that do not like us, who get activated? There is a lot in the news about Russia and China. What do you suppose happened to the tens of thousands of single, military-aged Chinese and Russians who walked across our borders? Many reports of large groups of Chinese men who looked like they were military, moved like they were military, and acted like they were military, who stayed in camps run by the Chinese gov on their way north through Central America. Nobody leaves China, especially young, able-bodied men, without permission or a purpose.

This is a man-made catastrophe, created by the democrat party and everyone who voted for them.
