This sounds like a lawsuit the anti-slapp laws were designed for. Creer will likely be paying Fovre's legal related fees. Maybe Timber Unity can pay those too.

This is an unfortunate choice made by the plaintiff.
Redress of grievances are, literally, written into the first Amendment.
It is unfortunate they are looking to challenge this...considering recall was used in Lafayette a few years ago using the same criteria (opinion statements) except the officials were not of the right lean view.
If this is successful, I imagine they won't value their decision when their time comes again.
But, I also imagine that someone is going to need some deep pockets because I see this going all the way to the federal courts.
