Wrong. From 9/30 to 10/30 there were over 450 criminal cases to just a mere handful of civil cases. The Circuit Court docket is heavily weighted towards hearing criminal cases, not civil.

Do a date range search and anyone can/will see for themselves that the court docket for any given month or year is far more heavily weighted towards judges hearing criminal cases than civil. A fact that Chapman keeps getting wrong!
