A simple solution to out-of-county/state emails was proposed by Kirk Arner/Harold Roth in the Wall Street Journal 5/14/21: institute a small fee. Their suggestion was the cost of a postage stamp. Or it could be $1, with N-R subscribers free. It would slow automated messages from groups!

I don't know about that as Starretts and her cronies seem to have deep pockets (with shallow minds) backing their ludicrous claims and efforts. The best answer is to vote the queen off of her throne and seat someone there who will actually work with the people they represent without all of the hoopla and baggage the Starretts of this world seem to offer. Just saying...
