Private equity ownership of the hospital makes more profit through higher fee payments by United Healthcare….. United Healthcare passes the costs on to policy holders through higher premiums.
Quality of care is unchanged.

I see what you're saying. But in the short term, thousands of local people insured by UHC will be able to keep their established LOCAL health care providers, and not have to travel out of town for alternatives.
