Why don’t we ever hear anything more about the rock factory on Grand Island?

Isn't any decision that goes against 1000 friends usually claimed to be wrong? And as usual, it appears appeals will last until all avenues to overturn are exhausted. It must be quite a burden to be forever free of mistakes and unfounded claims -- but that's a sheer sense of entitlement and not reality.
