Raw Sewage is "still" being openly deposited, "daily on the ground" by these individuals. This has been going on for almost a year now and continues. Meth arrest at this site also, in my opinion would be considered a "heavy drug" activity.

Good article about describing the situation. Now can this reporter also look into things that can be done? Are there places for these people to go? Do we have something set up for people like Jack who have lost their homes due to injury? And if we don't, why not?
