Yeah the DA makes a "deal" and gets a conviction the dirt bag get's a week on ice and probation and we get to do it all over again until the next time the DA get's another "conviction" and kudos for having an amazing conviction rate.......

Maybe this defendant could be "rehabilitated" by releasing him to Newberg and have "Remnant Initiatives" rub a soothing balm on his forehead while chanting a mystical Indian tune.

After all, the taxpayers should receive some consideration for the nifty $12,000 contract.
