I give it 10 years and every single trailer park in this county will be gone. In their place will be 4-5 storey high apartment complexes. It happened all around the Portland area, when I lived in Beaverton theirs went out real quick. There was even an NPR story I heard on the radio about it happening in the Seattle area.
