If only they would have worked to get another employer in there. Some are more environmentally responsible than others.


Who would "they" be? And are you suggesting "they" should have brought in another paper manufacturer that might be profitable in this day and age. You cant really repurpose those structures for much other than what their original purpose was. Not to mention their state of disrepair?
