When this 300+ year subduction event occurs the entire South Yamhill basin will such a mess, with possibly even a new river channel, that the liquefaction under this landfill will be a very small drop in the bucket of overall things.

The McMinnville Police Department building is built on a landfill. If there's a large seismic event, it may wind up in Cozine Creek. Before the landfill was put in, Western Avenue (now West Second) used to crack and slump into the ravine.
