The ARPA money should be solely used for infrastructure projects.

'Free-money' such as 'ARPA" will not be seen again for a very long period of time (if ever).

Our country is $30 Trillion dollars indebt (and increasing). The Federal reserve is going to very soon be raising interest rates very soon to attempt to curb 'run-away inflation.

Non-profits and the other pernicious, predatory parasites will have to hunt elsewhere for financial support.

Biden's 'Build Back Better' is dead, rotting in its' grave.
