Camping involves a tent, a trailer, or a motor vehicle. If one sleeps in one of these on public property (or anywhere else), it's camping. An example would be the row of bums on 4th.

Greg, I agree with you at this point the do nothing city council and mayor are just flapping their gums to quiet the outcry from Mac's working community. If people want to support this they need to step up and open their homes as a resource because currently the people who are productive in this county are being forced to accept tent city.
