November 5, 2019, I assume -- is there anything else on a ballot for this November? The rest of the ballot measures at the state level are all due for November, 2020, as I understand it.

(Also, I'm a little disappointed that the NR would publish this story without countering the OHCA's lawyer's claims that the ordinance was passed without "consulting" the care centers, after you yourselves reported that the Fire Department has been working with them for years to try to reduce the numbers of these types of calls, with no results until the threat of a fine made them pay attention.) https://newsregister.com/article?articleTitle=care-centers-to-be-fined-for-frivolous-911-calls--1539314740--31058--
