So now we hire on diversity instead of merit?????

Appears that the committee will be involved at the policy level and not focused on hiring decisions...but some outreach to increase diversity in town is a good thing.....does that worry you?

vet24 the diversity committee could use someone with your attitudes and opinions. don't you think it would be fun? you could help them see diversity as you see it. hard work. but you are up to it.
