RE joining the COC It's no surprise how Kulla voted he's never seen a government program he didn't love. Olsen must be seeing the light and changing his tune as he gets one step towards re-election.

“Yamhill County is already acting “aggressively” to combat homelessness”

Really?

That’s the most humorous thing I’ve read in quite some time.

Clearly, their efforts are bearing fruit.

Lol!

Yes! The "Ten Year Plan to end Homelessness" ends the end of June 😁

Give the taxpayers Ten Months to end the "I choose to be houseless at the taxpayers expense"

If the "Continuum of Care (CoC)" was rejected, why is it showing up on the [05.30.19] BOC Agenda? [That is tomorrow's BOC meeting.)

Watch out for the "Family Connect Program!" The BOC has been routinely (and very easily) "duped" into incurring more and more Health and Human Services (HHS) projects arising from the "Rasputin-esque" grip over the BOC by the Director of the Yamhill County's HHS Department. This week they are deciding to sign a "Non-binding Letter of Intent" for the "Family Connect Program." This program is "worse" than the "CoC Program."

The BOC has not been forthcoming with information considering the "Pilot-program for Community based child welfare services. Is there a BOC "Board Order" to direct the YCHHS Department Director to pursue this program or did he do it on his own volition?
