A high degree of concern about Hinton's campaign finances. One would question why two sitting commissioners would be so interested in contributing the clear majority of the funds to Hinton's campaign?

The Clerk's position is supposed to be non-partisan. It certainly appears that the commissioners are interested in "buying" the Clerk. Mary Starrett and Lindsey Berschauer don't do anything for anyone without a price attached to it.
