Interesting that a 50 decibel limit would preclude outdoor amplified music found at a cookout or backyard party in most cases. As a point of reference, 60 decibels is the noise level of conversation in a business office or quiet background music in a dining room.

I wonder if they’ll clean up the area around El Primo and all of Fellowes St? Those areas look very bad.

This looks like it's going to be tricky, since lawnmowers average around 90 db, and not mowing is also a fine-able offense. Unless it's significant that so many listed times don't specify a.m. or p.m. Is noise only limited for one hour in the morning and evening, or is it left open deliberately so enforcers can fine or not fine individuals on a whim? I'm not necessarily opposed to noise limits, but this is really unclear.
