Another drinking murder/fatality narrowly averted: "When contacted by authorities, said he didn’t believe he had threatened his girlfriend, but wasn’t entirely sure of that claim."
Could have just as easily been the pregnant woman assaulted and others shot at Zippy's in Yamhill. Except this guy didn't just threaten the victim, he raped her first.
He couldn't remember anything either. How convenient.
