Mitchell of M&H Economic Consultants will speak about Oregon’s economy and how it will affect local economies at a forum from noon to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, in the McMinnville Grand Ballroom, 325 N.E. Third St. Lunch is included. Cost is $20, or $15 for chamber and downtown association members.
