'Stopping By' for 30 years and counting
N-R recognizes employees who have reached 5-year milestones

Actually, N-R Reporter Starla Pointer has been writing her weekly Stopping By column for 17 years, but she has been writing for the paper for 30 years. Starla was one of 16 employees recognized at today's annual company employee appreciation lunch that reached five, 10, 15, 20, 25, or, in Starla's case, 30 years of employment with the News-Register or Oregon Lithoprint, Inc.

Five years: Kerri Bennett; Jason Cook; Ryan HArt; Ken Sylvia; Molly Walker.
10 yeras: Stephanie Baker; Rebecca Bearman; Victor Farfan; Mike Hodges; Sandy Sherwood.
15 years: Jose Andalon; Steve Bagwell.
20 years: Terry Conlon; Dick Phillips.
25 years: Dave Anderson.
