his hand was not severed, was never re attached. he had multiple breaks and did not follow dr. instructions which led to a severe infection. he will be lucky if he is able to keep his arm. the News Register NEVER gets the facts correct.

The November 1st occupancy is far from correct. the crew will be lucky to occupy the building by february 2019 if all goes without a hitch. Mr. Phelan always gives a not so accurate rendition of the story he tells.....
