Vehicle crashes into Sheridan building
Capt. Tim Svenson of the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office gave this account:
About midnight, David Vincent Rojas, 31, of 352 Faulconer St., drove into the building, a former creamery. Both the vehicle and building suffered significant damage.
Rojas was transported by Sheridan Fire District ambulance to the Willamette Valley Medical Center for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening.
In addition to DUII, Rojas was charged with one count each of first-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person. He had a female passenger who was not injured.
