Man, this is going completely overboard. Alot of people are homeless by choice...they don't want a job...handouts are better. They don't want to go to the Union Gospel mission or a shelter for the night...too many rules. It's easier to live on the street. Yes, I feel sorry for these people especially the children....who didn't ask for this kind of life.We need to have some kind of education for these people so they can learn how to better themselves & get back into society. And for a lot get off drugs & meth.
