The System Development Charge (SDC)in Sheridan has been frozen for years. New construction is not being supported by a matching SDC rate increase so utility rates for existing utility rate payers have to subsidize the requirement. The SDC requirement only applies to new construction not existing home or businesses. Look up System Development Charge definition on the internet.
