Missing man found with help of helicopter

UPDATE: 5:15 p.m. -- The missing man, Anthony Schuerch, has been found. A helicopter sent up by Jerry Trimble Helicopters located him in a field near his home.
 
Police said Schuerch appears to be OK, but is being taken to the hospital as a precaution.

McMinnville police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 78-year-old man.
 
Anthony Andrew  "Tony" Schuerch went missing from his home in Olde Stone Village about 2 p.m. Family members say he is suffering from Parkinson's disease and dementia.
 
Police officers, Yamhill County Search and Rescue, friends and family members are searching the area, as it is assumed Schuerch is on foot.
 
He is described as a white male with short gray hair. He stands aabout 5-foot-five inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
 
He was last seen wearing a dark blue or black sweatshirt and khaki pants, with a black ball cap with red trim. According to family, he walks with a shuffle step and is very slow or unable to respond when contacted.
