Um, the bar's disciplinary board can allege criminal conduct, because it IS criminal conduct. To have a sexual relationship with a subordinate, leaves room for abuses of power, including harassment and quid pro quo expectations. It seems we have no expectation of ethical conduct from anyone these days. Time, maybe, to raise the bar!
