10th and 11th streets are not east of the tracks, BUT 10th Ave and 11th Ave ARE east of the tracks. NOW, tell me where is there an empty lot between these two streets? THERE IS an empty lot between 9th Ave and 10th Ave. IS this one the one you're referring to?
I hope that the N-R staff would look closer at the Google city map so this kind of geographic goof up can be avoided in the future PLEASE.
