Lindell, Fisher play in all-star game in Victoria

Lindell, playing for the North, homered in the game. Fisher and his South teammates won the game 7-5 in front of a WCL record crowd of 4,210.

The two outfielders are among 13 Linfield players involved in summer league programs throughout the Northwest and California.

Lindell has been a standout for the Walla Walla (Wash.) Sweets while Fisher has been leading the Klamath Falls Gems.

Lindell, who started the game, was 1-for-3 and drove in two runs. He hit a solo homer in the third inning. Fisher entered the game in the fifth inning and was 0-for-2 at the plate.
