Native Americans may be less than enthusiastic about Phil "The only good Indian is a dead Indian" Sheridan, who conducted a genocidal campaign to wipe Native Americans out of the West. He attacked their winter camps, killed their livestock, burned their food and shelter, and left them to survive a winter. If they made it to a "reservation," there was no food, no blankets, and they died some more.
