The board simply affirmed what the Planning Commission decided two weeks ago, to not recommend this project, as it lacked commitments on the part of the applicant as to how and to what extent farm-impacts would be mitigated to neighbors. Because this project has no master plan and no budget, any specific mitigation measures became a bit of a conundrum when there is no master plan to add them to. Commissioner Primozich has been pushing it the project forward, while Starrett has been asking what this will cost, and Olson has been asking for proper process and order.

The process is not broken, its just that it is not being followed.

I suppose this means "staff" will be working extra diligently.
Isn't it time to get rid of "staff"?
