Cox may have served his time, but he will always have a pesky little asterisk after his name: murderer. How pathetic that some women are so desperate they will open their lives to someone who, quite obviously, hates women and prefers to exterminate them. He will always be a black hole of evil. What a shame he wasn't sentenced under Measure 11. Hide your shoelaces.

I have watched several left-leaning friends struggle with their emotions on this one: the belief in rehabilitation and the desire to see a man turn his life around vs. a man with a storied history of mistreating women.

I, too, believe in rehabilitation and redemption. But I have no patience or understanding for a man who kills women to satisfy his sexual urges.
