Music in the evening used to be a huge part of Carlton Fun Days in the past, this isn't something new...I remember 20 years ago and several years thereafter when "The Bouncing Baby Boomer Band" used to do a concert in the lower park...Kids and adults alike would adorn themselves with glow-in-the-dark bracelets and necklaces and would dance up a storm...Great times..!!
