Sounds like Rick Olson is the only voice of reason at the County. Starrett seems to think that being sloppy is OK since it's the way its always been done. What that really says is that the commissioners don't really review information they're given anyway. Long range planning? Non-existent. The citizens of Yamhill County deserve better governance than this. Serious changes are long overdue at the County.
